Today I have a short excerpt from one of my live master classes exploring the topic of empaths and energy suckers.

Especially if you're highly empathic, you may find your energy can feel pushed and pulled by certain people and events. If you struggle with this you're not alone it's much more common than you might think.

This of course, is why I'm so passionate about teaching people how to tune their energy, because we can reset how we react and respond to what we're "picking up."
